研究生物技術(shù)藥物的免疫毒性ELISA試劑盒

抗-KLH，抗-SRBC，抗-破傷風(fēng)類毒素，抗-DNP和抗-TNP IgM和IgG被用作免疫毒性的生物標志物。西寶生物供應(yīng)美國進口檢測小鼠，大鼠，雞和猴中這些重要生物標志物的ELISA試劑盒。在臨床前研究中，使用免疫原比如KLH免疫用過藥物的動物。收集第7天或21天的血清，檢測抗-KLH IgM和IgG，與沒有用藥的對照組進行比較。用過藥的抗-KLH水平降低，提供了免疫抑制的證據(jù)。
