腸癌模型動物誘導劑

誘發性腫瘤動物模型制作方法簡便，重復性好，可以在較短時間內大量復制，而且基本模擬了癌變的過程，因此在實驗中應用較廣。誘發性大腸癌模型有較長的歷史，目前建立大腸癌誘發模型用較多的試劑是二甲基肼(DMH)和氧化偶氮甲烷(AOM)，甲基硝基亞硝基胍(MNNG)也是得到廣泛應用的一種致癌物。

氧化偶氮甲烷（Azoxymethane）是一種對大鼠和小鼠具有強力誘發大腸癌作用的物質。氧化偶氮甲烷也用于確認某些嚙齒動物模型所使用的特殊食物，例如難消化糖，紅肉和綠茶的化學預防性能。這些嚙齒動物模型可以幫助鑒別可預防人類大腸癌可能的手段。
