Exendin-4由39個(gè)氨基酸殘基組成,與胰高血糖素樣肽1(GLP-1)有53%的同源性,是GLP-1受體激動(dòng)劑,與GLP-1類(lèi)似, Exendin-4 可調(diào)節(jié)血糖濃度,但GLP-1的半衰期僅有2min,而Exendin-4半衰期卻長(zhǎng)達(dá)9.57h,因此在治療2型糖尿病方面具有廣闊的前景。
