Science:巨噬細(xì)胞竟是維持乳腺干細(xì)胞的“搖籃”
為了更好地理解乳腺干細(xì)胞如何調(diào)節(jié)乳腺發(fā)育以及它們?nèi)绾伟l(fā)生癌變,來自美國和荷蘭的研究人員研究了巨噬細(xì)胞如何通過分子信號傳導(dǎo)機(jī)制與乳腺干細(xì)胞相互作用。他們發(fā)現(xiàn)巨噬細(xì)胞在維持乳腺干細(xì)胞微環(huán)境(niche)中發(fā)揮重要的作用。相關(guān)研究結(jié)果于2018年5月17日在線發(fā)表在Science期刊上,論文標(biāo)題為“Notch ligand Dll1 mediates cross-talk between mammary stem cells and the macrophageal niche”。論文通信作者為美國普林斯頓大學(xué)的Yibin Kang教授和Rumela Chakrabarti博士。[查看]
