FDA批準的寡核苷酸類藥物及在研反義寡核苷酸類藥物一覽
寡核苷酸,是一類20個左右堿基的短鏈核苷酸的總稱(包括脫氧核糖核酸DNA或核糖核酸RNA內的核苷酸)。寡核苷酸可以很容易地和它們的互補鏈結合,所以常用來作為探針確定DNA或RNA的結構;而其作為藥物候選應用的研究則始于大約30年前,包括了反義寡核苷酸(ASOs),核酸適配體(apatmers)及近15年來對各類siRNAs的研究。這期間,醫藥工業界開展了大量的臨床試驗。截至2017年5月底,共有6類寡核苷酸類藥物獲得美國FDA批準上市應用,其中屬于反義寡核苷酸的藥物有四種,同時有大量藥物處于不同階段的臨床研究中。[查看]
